Manchester Terriers are small black & tan, single short-coated dog that come in two (varieties) sizes. First and foremost, the Manchester Terrier is a TERRIER. It was early 2007 when I got my first Toy Manchester Terrier "Astar" (because she is a star out there) and I can not say enough about how wonderful this breed is!

Manchester Terriers are a wonderful breed but they are not without their challenges and they are not for everyone. I created an informational write up called "The Manchester Terrier Is This The Breed For You?" to help people who are intrigued about this breed and would like to know more about them. They are

wonderful, quirky and smart athletic dogs, and standards and toys do have their slight differences in temperament and strength.
